Services Kay's Fine Art offers custom artwork, including hand-painted and/or digital art pieces, available for order through our website. Services may include commissions, original art sales, and reproduction prints. 2. Orders & Payment All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Custom Artwork & Revisions For custom or commissioned art, clients must submit clear reference materials (e.g., photos, descriptions). Limited revisions are included as specified per product. Additional revisions may incur fees. Once final approval is given, no further changes can be made. 4. Shipping & Delivery Estimated shipping times vary based on location and product type. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather. Digital files will be delivered via email or download link. 5. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Custom artwork is non-refundable once work has begun. If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos for resolution. 6. Intellectual Property All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchasing art does not grant reproduction or resale rights. We may use completed works for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing. 7. User Conduct You agree not to upload or request artwork that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights. We reserve the right to refuse any commission or order at our discretion. 8.
