Sammy Cowan is a Master Artist of original paintings of  Portraits, Landscapes and Seacapes. His work is hyperrealsim and looks photographic. Sammy  has been practicing since he was a young kid. As he learned more, his fascination with art grew and he discovered "vanishing point," which describes the feeling of being able to walk into a picture. He attended South Carolina Art School under the Great Campbell Frost. 

Sam has worked as a freelance artist since the '90s, sold his art around the country, and worked as an instructor. Art has given him purpose and he is thankful for that.
